The idea behind this special guitar came to light while Talking with our dear friend Peter Siegel (Asbury Park Guitars) early in 2021, a faithful replica of 1950 Broadcaster #0207, using a selected two pieces roasted swamp ash body, one piece quarter sawn hard rock maple neck, handmade 50s pickups, Rutters and Fender Hardware, Nitro finish and bakelite black pickguard.
We’ve modified a few values in the original “blend” circuit to allow for a more “Modern” use of the “dark” part of it, and the whole guitar has been totally hand built here starting from the wood blanks. It is fitted in a beautiful ToschCase replica of a thermometer 50s case.
This beautiful guitar has been custom made by our Master Luthier Matteo Rufini, with the collaboration of all of us here at ToneTeam.
