PRIVATE COLLECTION

1967 Fender Stratocaster Black "maple cap" - Serial: 209572

This is indeed one of the most unique guitars in my collection.

This is a late 1967 (red dated) "maple cap" neck, with factory large frets and one of the earliest "Bold black logo", in a gorgeous Black finish, but still has the original "Kluson tuners". It sounds absolutely fantastic, it's lightweight and a joy to play!

Needless to say that this guitar reminds me of David Gilmour in "live at Pompeii" with Pink Floyd, Ritchie Blackmore in "Made in Japan" with Deep Purple, and last but not least, Jimi Hendrix in "Band Of Gypsys".

This particular guitar is featured in "Werner's list", and comes complete with "Ashtray" bridge cover, tremolo arm and some cool "case candy"

Do you have a vintage guitar left in the dust? What are you waiting for?
