This beautiful instrument was built at the Gibson Factory in 1955, and features a very rare "limed mahogany" finish, a finish that was experimental for the TV Model guitar, which later will be developed in the - now classic - "TV Yellow" color.
It seems that less than 50 pieces of these have been ever produced, making them rare and collectible.
This particular guitar sounds amazing, has been professionally refretted By the late Roberto Pistolesi and it's in full original conditions, no finish touch ups no wood repairs.
