Aside from a old, professional refret with the same original fret wire, when a light clear lacquer overspray to the front of the headstock face was applied, and a fender volume pot from 1965, this guitar remains original in its parts and finish.
This example dates to April 1956 (body) and May 1956 (neck), and features a beautiful “V neck” and the original pickups sounds amazing.
Comes with original red lined tweed case, tremolo arm and “ashtray” bridge cover.
