This is a stunning, lightweight, first year Les Paul that has been converted by Jim Weyandt (JamCity Guitars) to exact 1957 specs with a fantastic carve top, neck reset and body front only gold top aged refinish by Kim La Fleur from Historic Makeovers.
The guitar still retains its original finish on the back and a fine hairline crack (perfectly stable) can be seen upon close inspection on the base of the headstock’s back.
It’s fitted with a original pair of PAF hum buckers, harness, knobs, tuners. Perfect replica aged rings and good replica pickguard. This is one of the last ones made by Jim, and his work is really top notch.
