This is a very nice guitar, built at the factory between december 1951 (neck date) and early 1952.
Besides being a "body refin" the guitar features some very desiderable appointments, such as a one piece lightweight swamp ash body and a flamed maple neck, both hard to find in this era, but both present on this very guitar.
In detail, the instrument has had a neck overspray, now professionally removed, and a replaced headstock decal, the neck date is original and visible (Tadeo, 12-12-51). It's been pro refretted (for the first time, in 2023)
The body has no additional routes or repairs, and has been properly refinished in correct Blonde by ToneTeam Luthier Matteo Rufini.
All the hardware, electronics and parts are original, the neck pickup has been professionally rewound. The bridge plate was missing, and a original one bearing serial 2715 has been installed by the current owner.
