This is a - close to - 90 years old guitar which it’s in great playing conditions and in good shape for its age. I assume it has a very well done neck reset since the action is superb and the guitar sounds fantastic.
There’s a few typical, visible stress cracks on the top which are stable and the top itself it’s super flat, not bowed or damaged, the action is really good.
